Singer Ed Sheeran's song "Photograph" may have Watch Exotic Forbidden Pleasures Onlinereached Billboard's Number 1 spot – but we think his latest rendition is even better.

"Melody has already spent about 80 percent of her life in hospital and is classed as Life limited," the Melody in Mind page says. "Her life is a constant struggle however she has an escape through her love of music. She adores music, and no matter what pain she is going through, her favourite singer - Ed Sheeran - can always get a smile from her."
Her family also posted some photos of Melody and Sheeran, as well as a letter thanking him.
As Sheeran puts it: "Loving can heal, loving can mend your soul."
