We sort of know that Apple's Mac mini is Bawdy Tales of Edo: Octopus & Sea Shellcoming soon — based on rumors and Apple's own 'Mac week' announcement — but Amazon jumped the gun and shared the tiny desktop's specs slightly ahead of time.
The new Mac mini can be seen in a comparison chart (now removed) on Amazon's site (via MacRumors) that lays down the key specs for two variants of the new Mac mini.
SEE ALSO: Apple is about to smallify its Mac mini even moreAs the chart indicates, the new Mac mini will be available either with an M4 or an M4 Pro chip, with up to 14 CPU cores, up to 20 GPU cores, up to 64GB of unified RAM memory, and up to 8TB of storage. Pretty darn powerful for a mini desktop computer.
The comparison chart even gives a small (very small) glimpse at the new Mac mini's design, which (in line with previous reports) will be a lot smaller, and slightly more square-ish than the current one.
Unfortunately for Space Black fans, it appears that the new Mac mini will only be available in one color: Silver.
Apple is likely to announce the new Mac mini sometime this week, probably before its quarterly earnings results which the company plans to share on Thursday.
