Snap has finally responded to the more than 1 million unhappy users who signed an online petition demanding the company reverse its hated redesign.
Unfortunately for all of them,Denmark though, Snap's response isn't quite as apologetic as they may have hoped.

"We hear you, and appreciate that you took the time to let us know how you feel. We completely understand the new Snapchat has felt uncomfortable for many," the company wrote.
The response wasn't nearly good enough for some of the 1.2 million angry users who just want Snap kill the redesign.
The company then goes on to explain why the redesign is actually a good thing -- if only Snapchatters will give themselves the chance to get used to the changes.
"The new Friends page will adapt to you and get smarter over time, reflecting who you’re most likely to be Snapping with at that moment. This same personalization is also true of the new Discover, which will adapt to you the more that you use it."
Snap also called out its latest tweak to the redesign, which adds dedicated tabs to the Friends and Discover pages, making it easier to find Stories and Chats. That update is expected to roll out "soon" on iOS and "in the coming weeks" on Android.
But the response wasn't nearly good enough for some of the 1.2 million angry users who just want Snap kill the redesign altogether.
"This doesn't help at all, in fact it makes me more mad," wrote one user in a comment on Snap's post. "How about you quit telling us what you think we'll like and change it back to the way you know we all like," wrote another.
Change.org isn't the only platform Snapchat users have used to express anger over the redesign. The app has also received more than 194,000 one-star reviews in the App Store since the beginning of February alone, according to App Annie.
