After "the Mooch" first appeared in his new role as White House Communications Director on Friday, Twitter users couldn't help but compare the newly appointed mouthpiece to the infamous "That Guy" character from Futurama."That Guy" was known for wearing flashy suits -- think Gucci meets a suburban Armani Exchange outlet -- and trying to con everyone around him.

Trump finally found the throwback schmoozer the White House so desperately needed.

"That Guy" was based on the character of Gordon Gecko, a legendarily smooth-taking and corrupt business tycoon from the '80s.

Anthony Scaramucci, a technically charismatic former Goldman Sachs Executive, will be in charge of selling the President's latest lies to the press.
