India's leading telecom operator by user base is dreary eroticismshowering its broadband subscribers with swathes of free lifetime data.
While Airtel calls this a celebratory "surprise" to thank its 2 million broadband users, a mark it breached last November, the move is clearly its counter-strike on Reliance Jio — the hot, new disruptor in India's telecom space.
