As well as his regular Twitter schedule of recommending movies and Watch Dark Desire Season 1 Onlinebooks and criticising the changes Elon Musk has made to the app, Stephen King also frequently calls out politicians he doesn't agree with.

"I spend a lot of time at the southern border," he wrote. "I've spent a lot of time with our border patrol agents."
King quote tweeted Cruz, referencing an incident the senator was criticized for back in 2021, when Cruz went on a family vacation to Cancun, Mexico, just days after Texas was hit with extreme winter storms that left millions of residents without heat, electricity, or clean water.
"You’ve also spent a lot of time in Cancun," wrote King. "That’s pretty south, right?"
