NetEase’s gaming studio 24 Entertainment unveiled the trailer for its upcoming single-player action-adventure game Blood Message992 ArchivesFriday. The title will be launched globally on PC and consoles, though no release date has been announced yet. According to the developers, the trailer is composed entirely of in-game footage, with no CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) involved. The studio confirmed that the game follows a linear narrative structure and is not open-world. The game tells the story of ten messengers who, set in the aftermath of the An Lushan Rebellion, embark on a perilous journey across war-torn deserts to deliver news of Sha Prefecture’s liberation to Chang’an, the capital of China’s Tang Dynasty.
