Amazon's decision to ghost its acquisition of iRobot in January 2024 hasn't kept Roombas from participating in any of Amazon's big sale events. Unclear, but I do know that iRobot finally closed most of the gaps its previous lineup had, feature-wise and cost-efficiency wise — so opting for one of those may be a smarter purchase, even if they're at full price. Only a few older Roombas on sale now would be a worthwhile purchase over these new packed ones (especially when robot vacuums on sale from Roborock and Dreame have more features for less money).
