Three Jeopardy!contestants on Watch Devil’s Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge OnlineThursday night demonstrated a remarkable and, quite frankly, relatable lack of awareness of the entire sport of American football.

CBS Sports shared on Twitter the hilariously excruciating exchange between Alex Trebek and the contestants as they attempted the "Talkin' Football" category. At one point Trebek jokes about going to the commercials to temper the extreme awkwardness of the situation (and maybe to defuse his own incredulous response!)

I'm sure everyone would've gotten those questions correct and no one can relate to these "nerds." Especially the question about tossing one sportsball to the other team, and then what the other team does to keep the team from putting the sportsball in the goal for a point.
