It isn't officially Halloween until Neil Patrick Harris shares with the world what he and The Hitman: Blood Smells Like Roseshis family dressed up as for the holiday. Thankfully, they did not disappoint this year.
NPH, along with his husband David Burtka and their two kids, donned a carnival-themed getup that was equal (and absolutely perfect) amounts adorable and terrifying.
