#CleanEating might not be Girls in the Night Trafficeveryone's favourite Instagram trend. But KFC has decided to come after the clean eating brigade in an inexplicable parody.

At first glance, the tweet could be construed as yet another product announcement. But all is not quite as it seems.The tweet states the product has been made in collaboration with Figgy Poppleton-Rice, a so-called "#CleanEating fanatic and cauliflower connoisseur" whose first Instagram post was a week ago.

When asked by Mashableif the collaboration is a parody, KFC offered an even more inexplicable response. "The KFC spokesperson isn’t available to comment as they are currently looking into an increased cauliflower demand," a press officer for KFC said in an email.
